Quiet does not scan emails,
does not run advertising models,
does not track users across the web,
and does not sell behavioral data.
Quiet doesn’t lock you in. Our webmail is the most private way to use your account, but you’re free to access your email with any app you already trust on desktop or mobile.
All Quiet Mail data is stored on servers located in Switzerland, one of the strongest privacy jurisdictions
in the world.
Quiet is developed intentionally, with privacy and quality as first principles. Every user directly supports continued development and helps us
expand thoughtfully.
QuietMail is designed to be sustainable, focused, and long-term. Subscriptions allow us to operate independently, invest in reliable infrastructure, and improve the service without compromising user experience or direction. As Quiet Mail grows, our focus remains the same: thoughtful development, stability, and privacy-respectful tools built to last.
No you don’t lose your address. You can still log in to your Quiet Mail account, and your email identity remains yours. If your subscription is inactive, sending and receiving email is paused until you resume. For privacy and storage reasons, existing inbox messages will be cleared while the account is inactive. If your Quiet Mail address is linked to important accounts or logins, it’s best to keep your subscription active or update those accounts before canceling.
At the moment, Quiet Mail is available through a paid subscription only. As the platform grows, we’d love to be in a position to make our services more accessible to everyone. For now, subscriptions help us focus on building a reliable service and improving the experience for active users.
Not yet. We’re actively exploring ways to offer additional storage responsibly and at a reasonable cost for users in the future.
Quiet Mail is primarily designed for personal use and individual accounts. While it may work for light business needs, the service is currently focused on providing a straightforward, reliable personal email experience.
Quiet Mail is actively growing! We believe the standards for privacy and user respect across the internet are far too low today. Quiet as a whole exists because people should be able to use essential digital services without being tracked, profiled, or exploited by default. Email is our starting point. The service is stable today, and we’re committed to building thoughtfully toward a broader ecosystem of privacy-respectful tools over time.
